Rode Fuel Sites will monitor all fuel usage for your fleet so you can concentrate on servicing your customers. We not only make sure you have fuel for your fleet but we take care of the reporting, fuel equipment maintenance, insurance,  EPA regulations, and inventory.

  1. We will electronically monitor and control all transactions related to the fuel usage of the fleet
  2. Separate (If required) the on-road (taxable) and off-road (non-taxable) usage.
  3. Supply reports on a scheduled basis, as per customer needs. - Monthly usage reports designed to meet State/Fed/Local requirements for tax refunds, or reporting forms.
  4. Monitor electronically (If available) or manually, the inventory levels to assure adequate supply.
  5. Re-order supply in a manner to best balance Mkt. prices and fuel needs.
  6. Maintain all State/Fed/Local registrations, and required records to comply with EPA/State law.
  7. Maintain all existing equipment that is used by Rode in the storage and dispensing of fuel. (At no cost to customer)
  8. Will maintain insurance levels to meet customer requirements. (Liability, Pollution, Etc.)
  9. Supply customers with a 24 / 7 toll free number for spill response
  10. All needed electronics for fuel dispensers will be installed and maintained at no cost to customer.
  11. If required, we have the ability to allow 3rd party usage of the fuel system.
  12. Rode is established with both Com-Data and TCHK so all data can flow thru them in order for them to collect the needed data to perform any added services they may perform for your company.(Mileage, Road tax etc.)
